Pump Unit №93.0101

A modular process system of FAS type No. 93.0101 designed to pump liquefied propane/butane gas based on the FAS FD-150 pumping unit, configured to be connected to one aboveground tank and a fuel dispenser. This pumping unit can be installed and used within the system of fuel dispensers at a gas filling station. The modular-type pumping unit of FAS type No. 93.0101 is a gas pump with a shut-off valve connection. The pump system is configured to pump 85 litres of liquefied gas per minute at a differential pressure of 10.5 bar under 2,880 rpm.

Fuel dispensers and gas holding reservoirs are not included into the basic delivery package and are purchased separately.

• Liquid phase inlet DN50 with a ball valve DN50;
• Liquid phase outlet DN25 with a ball valve DN25 and a check valve;
• By-pass pipe with a valve FAS No. 19333;
• By-pass pipe outlet with a ball valve DN25 on the tank connection line;
• Vapour phase pipe with a ball valve DN20 on the tank connection line;
• Vapour phase compensating pipe assembly DN20 with a filling coupling M 60x4.0, left-hand, with a protective cover;
• Filling pipe DN50 with a ball valve DN50, a check valve and a screwed coupling M 60x4, left-hand, with a protective cover;
• Strainer DN50 on a suction pipe;
• Shut-off, relief and control valves made in accordance with existing regulations;
• Instrumentation and monitoring equipment;
• Discharge system of “Candle” type.

Assembled on a common frame, primed and painted.
