Warranty Coverage

The warranty is valid for 18 months from the date of installation, but not more than 24 months from the date of delivery, or 3,000 hours for generators with a capacity of up to 50 kW and 5,000 hours for generators with capacities > 100 kW.

Non-Warranty Repair and Maintenance

If a repair/maintenance service is needed after expiration of warranty, you can contact your dealer, from which the equipment was purchased, or apply directly to our company.

The sequence of actions is as follows:

  1. An enquiry is sent indicating the problem, model and number of the generator.
  2. An employee of the Service Department contacts you, clarifies the problem by phone and, if necessary, sends a specialist to perform diagnostics.
  3. After diagnostics, we agree on the terms and cost of the repair works.
  4. Afterwards, the repair is carried out.

After repair, you receive a new warranty, the terms of which are determined depending on the type of repair. As a rule, it is valid for at least 6 months.

The cost of repair includes spare parts and time for the delivery of spare parts, the transportation services and the work of a specialist. Rates for the main types of repair services are available at the Service Department: +7 (812) 407-18-71, support@fasenergo.ru.

Delivery of Spare Parts

So far, all spare parts are stored in our warehouse in St. Petersburg, Russian Federation. To place an order, please contact the Service Department: +7 (812) 407-18-71, support@fasenergo.ru.

If you apply in written, please do not forget to specify the model of generator and the list of necessary spare parts.
